Delete your Addish data
- Addish has no sign-up. When you first open it, the app creates an anonymous guest account for you, so free tries and subscriptions work.
- You can delete that guest account and everything tied to it, including your customer record at our subscription service, yourself, inside the app, at any time.
- Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. You cancel that in the App Store or Google Play.
Option 1: in the app (recommended)
- Open Addish.
- Go to the You tab and tap the sliders icon at the top right to open Settings.
- Tap “Delete all my data” and confirm.
The app first asks our server to delete your guest account, the records tied to it and your customer record at RevenueCat. Only when the server confirms does it erase everything stored on your phone. This cannot be undone.
If it doesn't go through: if your phone is offline or a step on our server fails, the app says the deletion couldn't be fully completed. Part of the server data may already be gone, but your data on your phone stays, so you can simply tap “Try again” (steps that are already done count as done). If you'd rather not wait, “Delete only on this phone” erases the data on your phone right away; what is still on our server then stays, and the app can no longer reach it. Copy your Support ID from Settings first (tap it) and send it to us by e-mail (Option 2); we then delete the server data.
Option 2: by e-mail
If you no longer have the app, write to homework.ai.app@gmail.com (App Store / iOS) or ben@creaiter.com (Google Play / Android) with the subject “Delete my Addish data”. Because there is no sign-up, we need something that links your request to your guest account: the Support ID from Settings in the app (tap it to copy), or, if you had a subscription, the order or transaction ID from your Apple or Google receipt. We answer deletion requests within one month. Without a way to link a request to a guest account, we delete the records once the retention periods in our Privacy Policy (section 8) have passed.

| Plates, check-ins, settings and preferences on your phone | Erased from your phone |

What is kept
- Usage records for cost bookkeeping (which AI feature was used, when, and its technical cost) stay, but get a new random identifier. They can no longer be linked to you.
- Purchase records held by Apple or Google stay with them under their own rules. Your subscription itself also stays active until you cancel it there.
- Server logs of our hosting provider are kept for a short time (currently up to 7 days) and then deleted.
Photos are not stored on our server: they are sent for analysis and not kept. Retention periods and all details: Privacy Policy.
