If food feels hard right now

- Canada: NEDIC, 1-866-633-4220 (nedic.ca)

- Germany: BIÖG — Essstörungen (essstoerungen.bioeg.de) · TelefonSeelsorge, 0800 111 0 111 (telefonseelsorge.de)
In an emergency, call your local emergency number. The app shows these contacts under Settings → “If food feels hard right now”.
Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Addish. On Android: Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Addish. You can also tap “Manage subscription” in Addish under Settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel a subscription.
What does Premium cost, and how does the free week work?
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: $34.99 per year, starting with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or $5.99 per month (U.S. prices; other countries see their local price in the app before buying). If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the free week ends, the yearly subscription starts and is charged to your Apple or Google Play account. It then renews automatically each period until you cancel. Details: Terms of Use.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Sign in to the same Apple or Google account you bought Premium with, open Addish, then Settings → “Restore purchases”. This also works after “Delete all my data”.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds follow their policies: for Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, for Google through Google Play.
Is Premium unlimited?
No. To keep the service fair and affordable, the AI features have daily limits for everyone, including Premium. If you reach one, you can use them again the next day. Typing your plate and the built-in guide are always available.
How do I delete my data?
In Addish: You → Settings (sliders icon) → “Delete all my data”. The app first deletes your anonymous guest user and its records on our server (stored plates, check-ins and preferences, free tries, feedback, daily counters; usage records are made anonymous) and your customer record at RevenueCat, then erases everything on your phone. This cannot be undone. If your phone is offline, the app lets you try again. You can also write to homework.ai.app@gmail.com (App Store / iOS) or ben@creaiter.com (Google Play / Android) with the subject “Delete my Addish data”, for example if you no longer have the app; add the Support ID from Settings (tap to copy) or, if you had a subscription, the order or transaction ID from your Apple or Google receipt. Deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Step by step, and what is deleted or kept: Delete your Addish data.
Do I need an account?
No sign-up, no e-mail, no password. When you first open the app, it creates an anonymous guest ID with our hosting provider, so it can check your subscription and count free tries. That happens before the AI question and sends no photos, plates or preferences. Photos and text go to the AI service, and your plates and preferences are stored on our server, only after you allow AI help.
What is sent to the AI service?
For a plate scan, the menu helper, the craving helper and add-on and meal ideas for a plate, the photo or text you give the app and some context (for example your wishes and food preferences) go to our server and on to Google Gemini, with Anthropic as a backup. We don't store your photos or request texts. Details: Privacy Policy (section 3).
Is Addish medical advice?
No. Addish offers general education about eating. It is not medical advice and not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The scan and suggestions can be wrong and do not check allergens. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication, talk to a qualified professional.

In Addish: You → Einstellungen (Regler-Symbol) → „Alle meine Daten löschen".
Keine Registrierung, keine E-Mail, kein Passwort.
Was geht an den KI-Dienst?
Nein. Addish bietet allgemeine Informationen rund ums Essen.
