Terms of Use
1. Provider
Reusy is provided by Benneth Müller (Creaiter), Borgfelder Straße 16, 20537 Hamburg, Germany, ben@creaiter.com.
2. License agreement
Reusy is distributed through the App Store. Apple's Standard License Agreement for Licensed Applications (EULA) applies. These terms of use supplement it.
3. Free use and Reusy Pro
- Reusy is free to download. The free version includes every feature and up to 30 active items (items in the trash do not count).
- Reusy Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that removes the item limit. It is not a subscription, does not renew and has no trial period.
- The price is shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- You can restore the purchase on your other devices with the same Apple Account: Settings → Help & Support → Restore Purchases.
- Reading, searching, copying, exporting and deleting your items are never locked, with or without Pro.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules (reportaproblem.apple.com).
4. Your content
You remain responsible for the content you save and share with Reusy. Save only content you are entitled to use. Keep your own backups; Reusy lets you export your whole collection as an archive at any time.
5. Apple Intelligence
Where available, Reusy can phrase answers with Apple's on-device model. Generated text can be wrong; check it before you use it. The source items Reusy shows are your own saved items.
